- Location data — your device's GPS location to show nearby rides, calculate metered fares, and track trips in progress. Trip location is collected only while a ride is active.
- Trip information — pickup and drop-off points, distance, duration, fares, and receipts.
- Device and usage data — device model, operating system, app version, and basic diagnostics to keep the app reliable.
2. How we use your information
- To connect you with drivers and complete your rides.
- To calculate accurate GPS-metered fares and issue receipts.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To keep the Service safe, prevent fraud, and improve performance.
3. Location permissions
Lo-Kart requests location access to provide its core metering feature. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings, but core ride and fare features will not work without it.
4. Sharing your information
We share trip-relevant details (such as pickup location and name) with the assigned driver to complete your ride. We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers who help operate the app, or when required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us. To request account deletion, email support@lo-kart.com.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
8. Children
Lo-Kart is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
